Refund policy

At Nectar House, each piece is selected with intent and offered in limited quantity. Due to the rare and archival nature of our inventory, we approach returns and exchanges with care and clarity.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our inventory, all purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for monetary refunds.

However, if a piece truly isn’t the right fit, we offer 115% store credit for returns initiated within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • In its original condition and packaging

  • Returned within 14 calendar days of delivery

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to decline returns if we detect misuse or repeated returns.

Exceptions

We will offer a resolution if:

  • You receive an item that was damaged in shipping

  • The item received was materially different from the listing description

In these cases, you must:

  1. Contact us at christian@nectarhouse.xyz within 3 calendar days of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

  3. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue

What Happens Next

Upon review, if your claim relates to damage or misrepresentation, we may offer:

  • A replacement, if available (rare)

  • A partial or full refund

  • A store credit, when appropriate

All other returns, if approved under our 115% Guarantee, will be issued as store credit only. Please note: we reserve the right to approve or decline any claim based on the documentation and the unique nature of each item.

Shipping Responsibility

If a return is approved:

  • We will provide specific return instructions

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging

  • In most cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Late or Missing Claims

We do not offer support for claims made after 3 days of delivery. We strongly recommend inspecting your piece immediately upon arrival.
