Nectar House curates and sells rare artifacts, collectible objects, and culturally significant relics through limited releases. By using our site, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Product Availability
Our collections are offered in limited quantities and are often one-of-a-kind.
We do not guarantee ongoing availability of any item or collection.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Nectar House is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances once your order has left our facility.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the rare and archival nature of our inventory, all purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for monetary refunds.
However, if a piece isn’t the right fit, we offer 115% store credit for returns initiated within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in original condition.
In the case of damage or material misrepresentation, please contact us at christian@nectarhouse.xyz within 3 calendar days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, product imagery, and editorial content — is the property of Nectar House or its content creators and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction or reuse without written permission is strictly prohibited.
6.1 Digital Items
Any digital assets, including redeemable collectibles or certificates, are non-transferable and may not be reissued once delivered. Access or redemption instructions, when provided, are the responsibility of the customer to securely retain.
